Kenyan president Uhuru Jomo kenyata has launched a visceral attack on the graft-ridden Rwandan outlaw Kayibanda Ali baba, accusing him of rampant nepotism and corruption of a magnitude never seen in the East African region. East Africa has been badly governed, but almost all its leaders, including brutal ones like Idi Amin Dada were not corrupt and left power almost penniless. Only two leaders stand out for corruption, and that is the late Jomo kemyata for land-grabbing and Kayibanda Museveni for looting the entire GDP of the country for over 30 years and turning it into his personal piggy bank. Kenyatta asserts Museveni's corruption rivals that of Mobutu Sese Seko and Papa Doc of Haiti.
