Brothers and sisters, l have read Saturday Bukedde where Katikkiro and
Buganda Land board say that the Nakaseke land estate belongs to
Official Mailo of the Katikkiiro, and some of the tenants or squatters
saying that it belongs to former Crown Land or Public Land. Whether
Official Mailo or Akenda, under the constitution, it must be under
Buganda Land Board which is set up by Buganda Government which is not
in place now. Let's have a Buganda Government first. So are Busoga,
Bunyoro, Acholi, Lango and other governments.
