{UAH} Kamuswaga, Isaabaruuli, Isabanyala relations with Buganda is like marriage without sex

Dear Ahamed katerregga,

Don't mislead people by saying Kamuswaga, Isaabanyala, Isaabaruuli are under kabaka of Buganda. They are independent of Buganda.

Read the constitution of Uganda. It recognises these Cultural leaders as above everybody in their kingdoms.

Uganda Government maintains them, gives them security, they are the most important persons in their respective kingdoms.

Buganda is like a man who never consumated a marriae but insists he is married. Such a man has never had sex with the woman but he maintains she is his wife.
