{UAH} M7 Contradicts himself

To day i listened to his speach and he said that Ugadan to buy good from locals businessmen women to fight the complain forwarded to him that local companies were nolonger working and the state has been aproached to bail out.

Its M7 who brought foreigm investors and these investors are not guenuinely investors...some  of them hawkers. They sale good cheaply to me which remwains a questionn...how donthey benefit....?

M7 brought foreign investors to sale their good yet is the same man  advocating for the public to buy from local people instead ...

.what does he imply to foreign investors
