{UAH} REGARDING DRONES SUPPLYING BLOOD IN RWANDA.

A quick search on Google of Zipline, the company to do this shows that it's a small startup with zero experience. It's probably desperate for free publicity to attract investors just as the Rwanda government itself.

1. Blood should be stored in a health facilities in a clean, cold and sterile environment. Not to be flown around in toy drones.

2. If the hospital can't manage to store blood supplies how will it be able to have the knowhow and equipment to do the transfusion?

3.How can Rwanda allow "a Start-up" with no experience to try their games on Rwandan patients?
