LAND FUND LACKING!
Fellow Citizens, Land Fund and experiment in former lost counties
where absentee Mailo land owners predominantly Baganda are paid and
land given to Banyoro customary tenants and bonafide occupants, and in
Ankole sub region, where Omugabe's land was bought by government and
given to customary tenants, should more concentrated in Buganda where
almost all the land is co owned by land owners and bibanja holders.
That is the best medicine in accordance with the Constitution of
Uganda and Land Act as amended.
