{UAH} Must death always be the African solution?

It is sad that after 36 years the UPM/NRA/NRM's principal ideology is still war.  We remember with sad amusement the castigation of Obote for having killed people because of a "petty quarrel" with the Kabaka.  Now with the massacres over the Kayunga issue and the Kasese ones, one wonders if we have not come full circle and cycle.

I think it is becoming abundantly clear that the people standing in front of us in the line should slink quietly into the back of the line and let others with a real vision who will usher in a real fundamental change to come to the fore.

But then again is there even the hint of capacity for honest self assessment still left in the principal characters involved?
