{UAH} UMEME IS ROBING US IN A BROAD DAY LIGHT

CAN SOME OUT THERE COME TO RESCUE POWER USERS ESPECIALLY THOSE ON " Yaka"?

When I was using a meter, on average I was paying 640 Ug.sh per unit. When I got connected to yaka I loaded 10,000/= thinking to get at least 15 units but I received 9.6 units, I did not understand this. When these units got finished I loaded again another 10,000/= again I exactly got 9.6 units then I visited the nearest UMUME office for explanation and this is what I was told

1. Charge per unit is 620/=
2. VAT per unit is241/=
3. Service fee per unit is 180/=
Total is 1041/=

Thus 10000/1041 = 9.6

Why then is UMEME not telling the power consumers the real truth that the cost of a unity is 1041 Ug.sh instead of deceiving us that it is 640/=!
Note that on top of this 1041/= per unity there is also the mobile money charge for the network used to pay the money, for 10,000/= it ranges from 1000/= to 3000/=
