There ain't nothing natural about those Kings and Nobles other that they were once brutal and fierce totalitarian despots who left no stones unturned in their quest to guarantee subjugations
. Hence, the phrase "their subject"

"WE FORM THE CULTURE THAT FORMS US"….noc'la gaumoy.

Dear All

After a full day's fully attended meeting, the 14 Uganda
kings and cultural
leaders have appealed to President Museveni for an audience
so that they
can give their views on last week's clash between King
Mumbere's guards,
and UPDF forces in which over 100 were killed.
The press conference, convened, December 3, 2016, at Hotel
Africana, and
addressed by the Secretary-General of the Uganda Kings and
Cultural Leaders
Forum, George Kyaligonza Adyeri, said the clashes between
the two sides
were very unfortunate.
Kyaligonza said the Uganda  kings and cultural leaders,
as the natural
leaders of their subjects, always aspire for a peaceful
resolution of
issues. Therefore, armed clashes were uncalled for.

As a way of preventing future clashes Kyaligonza said,
thorough
investigations must be carried out to determine the cause of
the clashes.

Kyaligonza said as the forum is hopeful of getting an
audience with the
President he is preparing proposals to submit to the
President.
