{UAH} Gulu House On Sale
Comrade Akim Odong,
Mr relatives in Gulu alerted me to this property on sale. At nearly £40,000, is it worth the price or is it better to acquire land build instead? Two of my older siblings got married in Acholiland and currently I have two nieces who are doctors at Lacor hospital, one heads the UNICEF programme in northern Uganda, and the other is an intern from King's College Medical School, here in London. They both live in Gulu, and so have attracted a colony of relatives who have followed them there, putting severe pressure on their living arrangements, as they all share the one house provided by the hospital. What I worry about is whether land in Gulu is titled at all, and secondly how easy it is to rent out the property if my nices leave Gulu, which they will at some point as they are not there permanently, and one will soon return to London.
Bobby.
PS: Please inform your mate Edward irundrua that my niece Dr Julie Alyek right now is running the whole of the UNICEF Child Nutrition propramme in West Nile and Teso and actually lives in Arua more than in Gulu. Ask Irundrua what sort of Acholi is this Dr Julie Alyek who wants to save the children of West Nile, rather than murder, rape and eat them in cannibalistic rituals as Mr Irundrua narrated in his Acholi Series? Acholi are supposed to hate and detest the people of West Nile so what what the hell are these British trained doctors doing in West Nile?
