Bizarre moment footballer, 19, drops DEAD on the pitch shortly after scoring a goal and celebrating with elaborate dance
- Ismael Mrisho Khalfan died after collapsing following a routine tackle

- A horrifying video shows the moment a 19-year-old professional footballer died suddenly on the pitch, just minutes after scoring for his team and celebrating with an elaborate dance routine.
Despite frantic efforts to save Ismail Mrisho Khalfan, the teenager was declared dead before he reached hospital.
Khalfan was playing for Tanzanian club Mbao FC's under 20 team when the tragedy happened.
It is thought he suffered a heart attack after a routine tackle.

Moments earlier, the young striker had opened the scoring for his side, and been joined by delighted teammates as they did a celebratory 'worm dance'
He was seen rolling onto his back after going to ground, and the referee stopped the match after realising there was something seriously wrong.
Team paramedics lifted his legs to keep the flow of blood to his heart.
Just minutes earlier, he had opened the scoring in a match against hosts Mwadui FC, in the Kagera region of north west Tanzania.
Delighted teammates joined him in doing a 'worm dance'.
He was rushed to the Bukoba Regional Government Hospital after the sickening incident, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Physios frantically tried to save the teenager, but he died before he reached hospital
The match was stopped after the referee realised there was something seriously wrong
