{UAH} HAPPY 2017

Fellow countrymen and countrywomen, three weeks ago, l was on Radio
Bilal at Uganda Muslim Supreme Council Headquarters Old Kampala, with
Siraj Lubwama of Uganda Observer, Aisha Sanyu lya Museveni, an RM
fanatic, and some other people, when Nakaseke MP Luttamaguzi claimed
that 460 million Shillings are given to NRM MPs and 360 million
Shillings given to opposition MPs except two that also got 460 million
Shillings, who he did not name.
He said that what they want them to do was not to criticize the
President. They may criticize ministers and policies ad programs but
not in every fundamental way.
According to Luttamaguzi most MPs, some very brilliant, had chosen to
keep quiet.
He said that unlike other opposition MPs, he had declined to take the
offer, which he said, was a continuation of Article 110 that was
dished to MPs of 9th Parliament.
Luttamaguzi said that the end result is to be kisanja compliant.
It is my prayer that the 10th Parliament not be the worst as it
indicates, which may even tempt the President, to dissolve it, though
the Constitution does not allow, but due to popular demand, people may
cerebrate and prefer such salaries and allowances to be used in the
fight against the scourge of HIV-AIDS.
