Question is, who is Uganda's First Daughter or first Son?

None.

Uganda has neither. When a head of state's aka. president's eldest son or daughter marries the individual ceases to be "First".

Back to the forest, Museveni's children have all married and have kidos. That leaves Uganda with technically no Fist Son or First Daughter.

Dont crack your bonny skull yet bcos I too just learnt about this order a couple days ago out of curiosity googling the origin of First Lady. You can do the same which I know will auto-lead you to a source on Wikipedia..

First Son or First daughter can be earned by voluntary marital status displacement. Little did we know that all Museveni's poodles were at one point a "First"
