I think your Mr President hears nothing and listens to nothing as well bcos he knows all like Amin who used tell Ugandans that he knew even when he would die. Things are not good in Uganda we all know but Ugandan political leaderships from the President to the villages LCs are waiting from words.
The words must not come from oppositions from the ruling NRA/M7ism. So I think your concerns are none.

Start a national Dialogue before it is too late. That Uganda discusses policy issues on environment ethics, economy, corruption, governance, term limits, political parties, town planning, health, religious affairs, unemployment etc we need a national consensus - a true socartic dialogue!
This should a televised monthly Sunday future where ever citizen can call in.
A national consensus is better that discussing withprivate individuals.
Soon we might see people on streets dying of hunger what a shame that will be to see this country receiving food donations.
God forbid!
