Buses

Bus users may be affected by the following this weekend. While we will try to maintain a good service, buses may be delayed or stop short of their normal destination:

A1 Holloway Road - Until 05:00 on Monday 16 January, Holloway Road is closed in both directions for bridge replacement work. For more information, please visit tfl.gov.uk/upper-holloway-bridge

Victoria Embankment at Blackfriars - The westbound slip road from Blackfriars Bridge onto Victoria Embankment is closed until further notice. This is to facilitate Tideway major scheme works. In addition, there are closures of the slip road in both directions from 21:00 until 05:00 each night until 20 January. For more information, please visit tfl.gov.uk/victoria-embankment

Westminster - Until March, there are various restrictions in place on Lambeth Bridge at the junctions of Millbank and Horseferry Road. This is while we widen footways, raise pedestrian crossings and create clearer lane markings to help improve safety for all road users. Roads in the area are expected to be busier than usual, especially at peak times.

City of London - Until early May, Cannon Street is closed westbound. This is for road maintenance work on behalf of the City of London.

Kew - Kew Bridge will be closed from 23:00 on Monday until 05:00 on Tuesday. Additionally, it will be reduced to one lane northbound on weekdays until late March between 10:00 and 16:00 and 19:00 and 06:00, and on Saturdays between 08:00 and 13:00. This is for bridge refurbishment works.
