{UAH} What's up with all these ongoing changes?

President Yoweri Museveni has made major changes in Uganda government's counter intelligence agency known as Internal Security Organisation (ISO).

The president has appointed Rtd Major Kaka Bagyenda as the new Director General of ISO replacing Brigadier Ronnie Balya.

Brig. Balya is noow designated for an ambassadorial job.

Maj. Kaka Has lived in the Kalangala archipelago doing ISO work for over two decades.

"In tribute to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Uganda, two bastions of strength in a world filled with strife, discrimination and terrorism."
