{UAH} National Uproar over taxpayers money spent on airlifting trigger-happy NRM boss Todwong

Controversy continues to build around the shooting incident that Richard Todwong, the NRM Deputy Secretary General was involved last weekend.

Sections of the public are concerned that a person playing around with a gun gets hurt and is airlifted to a private medical facility on taxpayers' money yet many are dying of preventable conditions around him.

It has also been observed that Todwong has been qualified for such high profile attention over a self inflicted wound when nothing commendable has been done about nodding disease in his area. The incident has also brought a new angle to gun ownership in the country and how disastrous it can be. However, a new dimension to the debate insists there is more than meets the eye.

Todwong's much publicized trigger happiness might as well point to something worse. The rumors of an assassination attempt might as well not be farfetched.

"Much as police is silent there could be other victims in the drama", another angle suggested.
