{UAH} Trump and Uk’s Theresa May brokering Besigye—Museveni talks

The spear News is learning of US–UK brokered negotiations between government and FDcs strong man Colonel Dr Kiiza Besigye intending to get the opposition leader to a negotiating  table with government for a political solution to the current impasse.

In the mission to make America great again, President Trump's first assignment in the great lakes region seems is to pocket Museveni. Working closely with the UK's Theresa May, whose two leaders' mission is to take their countries to greatness overrides African outcries and democracy.

According to our sources these negotiations  arleady started, preliminary consultations done and the process is said to be set to go to the next stage. Western countries like UK and US are among others mediating the talks on request of government.

Dr. Besigye didn't accept results from the 2016 elections and to—date he sticks to an audit of the results. He wasn't able to contest elections in courts of law because he was put under house arrest by government immediately after elections.

President Museveni on the other hand said by 2021 he will have rid Uganda of all opposition parties and personalities, an  act he has actioned by openly buying senior opposition members into his party and coining the term "good DP" to mean opposition members he works with to destroy there parties from within.

When the Spear contacted Dr Besigye he said:  "There is a lot of maneuvering and spinning going on regarding talks. Our position & conditions on talks remains the same- if they are met, we can talk. So far, the conditions haven't been met. Cheers

Renown Besigye mouth piece TVO posted in this line on his wall that "My impeccable sources told me that, the people's president has told them he has never feared to engage in negotiation, as long as those negotiations lead to the respect of the people's will, as expressed in the 2016 elections, whose result was manipulated'

Both TVO and Dr.Besigye's answer to the spear point to existence primary preparations for talks to the least and an understanding that the same sgould take place.

According to the Spear PoliticalTeam, Talks are in offing but the only point of contention is that Dr. Besigye's side insist on negotiating a transitional exit strategy for the regime as opposed to Museveni's "working together" or power sharing.

Museveni and group can't concede to exit talks given their immerse love for power. "The only thing Museveni calls talks is a situation that can bring his opponent to work for him not even work with him" the SpearPolitalAnalystist opined further adding that any structured dialogue can't be discussed by individuals quietly under the stewardship of foreign powers.

The Western powers are so much interested in pacifying Uganda because it works as their centre for security and business interests in the great lakes region. "In fact they need Museveni who for long has worked as their head monitor in the region".

Using Museveni the west has contained the Islamic ideologists in the horn of Africa though at a cost of a prolonged war in Somalia. He has also been used to turn the once francophone countries of Rwanda, Burundi and Congo into Anglophone countries. The oil discovered in the region and the ever growing influence of China in the region and the continent makes Museveni a right tool for the western powers who are fighting to maintain their influence in the region.
