-- I have just failed to save this Saudi woman. She has been detained at Manila Airport for the past 13 hours, having fled an abusive family. She wanted to go to AuStralia but the Philippines government would not allow her to proceed, removed her from the plane- I got to know about it 5 hours ago and managed to get her Filipino lawyers to make urgent interventions for her. Unfortunately we failed.The Philippines government gave in to threats from the Saudi government- and Dina Ali was put in a private plane just 30 minutes ago and is on her away out of the Philippines. No body knows where. It breaks my heart. But this is the world we in. Muslim women have to stand up and begin fighting these battles themselves. No one elsee is going to save them from barbaric regimes like the one in Saudi Arabia.I tried my best. But it was not good enough. I have got the video, which I posted on UAH Facebook
