Dietary Recommendations
1. Do not eat after 7:00 PM
2. Avoid protein and starch combinations when eating.
3. Eat fruits before 2:00 PM and vegetables after 2:00 PM
4. Lemon and distilled water for breakfast
5. Take colon cleanser 1 hour before each meal with 16 oz. of water
6. Take your multi-enzymes with every meal.
7. Take your multi vitamins twice a day.
8. Take sarsaparilla 3 times a day, then double the dose.
9. Take milk thistle, dandelion root for liver
10. Take garlic or cayenne softgels two times a day.
11. EAT AS MUCH GREEN RAW FOODS AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!
12. Get 2 hours of sunlight each day or take a double dose of alfalfa.
13. Walk 2 miles a day in the sunlight if possible.
14. Take black cohosh for thyroid problems. After 3 days double the dose.
15. NO JUNK FOOD ALLOWED
16. Drink cranberry juice 3 times a day.
The above recommendations are for problems with kidney, liver, thyroid, circulation, and lungs.
