Kayihura used Kaweesi driver Mambewa to kill him, New ISO report

A new report by the ISO on the gruesome murder that happened months ago reveals that a killing masterminded the IGP Kayihura was partly executed by Kaweesi' girlfriend Mbabazi and his driver the late Mambewa.

And according to the plan Kaweesi was to be exterminated a day before (Thursday) his shooting at Kanjokya Street where he usually visited a female companion Mbabazi or Quality Shopping Centre Ntinda but the Police boss didn't show up at either location that day.

The ISO has found out that Kaweesi' driver and girlfriend was part of the plan to assassinate his boss and AIGP Kaweesi. According to a new report Geoffrey Mambewa was asked to stop the car in the middle of the road to allow the killers shoot Kaweesi on spot.Before the killing,Mambewa was supposed to flash the car lights alerting the killers that the AIGP was in the car.The gunmen reportedly moved to Buwaate-Kyanja where they spent the night and on the morning of Friday were traced at 07:00hrs advancing to Kaweesi's home in Kulambiro where they finally murdered him at 09:22hrs

Mambewa was supposed to run out of the car and leave Kaweesi to be finished off and also collect his money as promised by the IGP. This answers the question why when the killers started firing the bullets,the driver had stopped the engine and the car had stationed in one place.

Its true Mambewa stopped the Car

On the day of the murder Kaweesi' vehicle and SUV was not moving when it was shot , it would have left a blood trail and more likely a glass trail had the car been moving, and the car would have eventually crashed, how does a dead man put on the brakes? But look, there is no trail only a puddle when the doors are opened. .The blood and the glass on the ground suggested the car had been completely stopped. An SUV cant easily run over a bodaboda.

Kaweesi' girlfriend Mbabazi comes into the picture

According to ISO Kaweesi girlfriend was part of this deal and was being used by the IGP,thats the reason why Police and Kayihura are fighting the ISO not to get the details of the story. On completing her mission,Kayihura gave her loads of money,200 million shs she used to buy a house in Lungujja Ssendawula Zone.

It is said Mambewa had struck a deal with boda boda' around the area promising them money to help in the transportation of the killers. Although police made a report that the shooters first shot the hind wheels to stop the car,ISO suggests that the car UP 4778,in which Kaweesi was being transported can move for a longer distance even if the tires a shot.
