KITGUM MUNICIPALITY ELECTORATE REBUKE MP BEATRICE ATIM ANYWAR OVER AGE LIMIT

The voters of Kitgum yesterday forcefully head-dressed Kitgum Municipality Member of Parliament Hon. Beatrice Atim Anywar on the signature red bandana at Tee Acut Kitgum Bus Park.

This was in their demand for her to come clear on the issue of the constitution amendment of article 102 (b), and to free the Hon.OKIN PP of Chua West. Okin had on Wednesday afternoon organised a consultation meeting at Ki...tgum Bus Park but the meeting couldn't proceed peacefully as police clashed with the local community opposed to the lifting of #AgeLimit.

It should be remembered that Beatrice Atim Anywar, got elected on an FDC leaning independent ticket, but she stunned the electorate when she earlier this year invited the president for her thanksgiving ceremony after surviving a nasty accident. She donned yellow, the NRM party colour that left many speculating her next political move. Others even concluded that she had crossed to the very party she once demonised.
