Heineken launches Amstel Beer in Uganda

Heineken Uganda will this evening launch their Amstel beer brand in Uganda at The Lawns, Kololo. The beer will retail for Shs 5,000 available in can and bottle.
Steven Baryevuga, Heineken's public relation manager, says this is part of the company's official launch of Amstel in Tanzania and Uganda.
A number of festivities have been lined at The Lawns to provide a mesmerizing experience for the invited guests. The launch of Amstel brings the number of Heineken brands in Uganda to four after Primus, Desperados and Heineken.
The launch of the lager will set stage for activations in high-end bars and clubs and there is a planned Christmas promotion of the Amstel beer brand.
