I think and hope I may not be wrong to say that, under the doctrine of ethnic majority the crimes you are talking about have been concealed since 1986! YES, there was even song about peace in Uganda. I hope I am not wrong.

and that is exactly where Uganda is now,  oscillating beyond a point

of no return.
