Anyone who is near government and NRM should warn them, crime in
Uganda has gone out of hand. It's now epidemic.
It appears to me, people within security have been defeated standing
up against NRM generated poverty.
If NRM doesn't take drastic measures – the country is already flat
footed. Crime manifests itself in ways beyond human cognition.
Criminals themselves reach a stage where they can't control their acts
and that is exactly where Uganda is now, oscillating beyond a point
of no return.
