Fellow UGANDANS

This is how the Army of Uganda is being used to implicate innocent UGANDANS to furnish their images. 

I listened to this man called Kamada who works as a crime preventor...workers as a spy for the army on the police officers....works as a tax driver. 

Listening to him he states that h collected 2m from somebody and had to split the no at among themselves and ga e Kirumira only 200.000 which he refused given he had 2m. That is why kirumira turned Kamada to be a thief and had always revered to him a thief in Nansana. 

What mandate do crime prevented have to collect money from people?

What CAPACITY so they operate in...are they soldiers or police officers?

Also why did he really wait untill for years to report his dealings with Kirumila. 

Also why is it that his a witness who does not want to be filmed by tv stations or any media house

What authority dies a crime prevent have over a police officer....

Are they really crime prevented or crime promoters number one.. 

Kirumila must based free.

His innocent.

He does not want to be killed like Kawesi. Kawesi died in silent. 

Kirumila has made the entire world aware of Kihura and his failed police force. 

UGANDANS already knew how rotten the police is all about Kirumila is just adding to what We know.

Our police ended with the leadership  of Katumba Wamala. Since then nothing ugdaans value in the police f Uganda.
