{UAH} IS MOSES OCEN SO UNCULTURED? .

When Ocen's dad passed away, we all expressed our sadness, sorrows and condolences. Ocen took time off from this malwa place to do the necessary. Today he has slipped back into the UAH malwa place without a single word regarding how the matters went etc. I would understand if some of the cases are subjudice lakini not even to say a would to any of us regarding the burial or appreciation of the support from hither and thither etc, is extreme portrayal of lack of culture. Very deplorable indeep! 

Ugandans who live in the diaspora are quickly losing what is noble culture and replacing them with uncoothiness! 

It matters to me because I am still cultured and protective of the same! And if I missed such a message then my apology!
