-- What happened to Kayibanda's "FREE TRADE ZONE" in Masaka? About 3-5 years ago, it was announced with much fanfare that Masaka would host Uganda's first free trade zone. Has it now been constructed- and how many foreign businesses or companies are taking advantage of the tax bonanza offerred?
