 Poor countries remain with leaders of the sort. 

Think of the time wasted here. Money wasted here.  Who can quarry what was spent here...

How many will now take a walk like him as he wants given it suited him as an individual

Unsteady of putting up Investments that would promote physical fitness they chose to walk pardajnf police...I feel sorry those who work for this regime. 

Physical fitness can be established byputing up for example sports activities in districts...by for example

1. Sports events  starting from villages. LC1 to have a programs developed for their own localities to promote physical fitness ...can be games...football..running...can be netball.. Chase...omweso....debates...bulungibwansi....much as it's for hygiene but the actual digging is enough for one to sweat. 

Every LC1 without a plan of action in terms of physical fitness would be sucked. 

LC1 should be civil servants so that they implement government plans from.top to bottom.

I just wish these guys coyldnhand over peacefully and they see those who brains what they can do for the nation. 

The walk lasted about three hours and it's finished and what impact did it achieve. How can it be evaluated to have benefited UGANDANS....apart from Nankabilwa....
