-- Becoming a Uganda president is mainly due to luck. Both Yusuf Lule and Binaisa never even sweated for it. M7 sweated for it but again luck propelled him to the presidency. Bidandi Sali was apparently tipped to replace Binaisa but he wasn't lucky. So, I have a feeling that the next president of Uganda isn't even among the names being flaunted around. He is somewhere relaxed till when lady lucky visits him!
