-- Who will you support of war breaks out between Kenya and Uganda over the Migingo Islands? I will support anyone who kicks kayibanda's arse, and then ask questions later. if I ever saw a drowiing kayibanda struggling to climb out of a fast flowing river, i would kick his head right back into the swirling stream.

Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i has closed out holding talks with Uganda over Migingo terming it as unproductive with no fruits.
In an all gloves out statement, Matiang'i said the government had dropped negotiations and instead formed a comprehensive security committee to deal with the issue hean on.
Matiang'i said that the committee would make viable strategies to deal with insecurity along the Uganda-Kenya border in particular, and Lake Victoria in general.
The CS said that a multi-agency unit was finalising strategies to address insecurity challenges in the area.
