CAN PARLIAMENT BE DISOLVED
Does the President has the power to dissolve parliament? If the
Parliament is dissolved, will the people mourn over its demise? Of all
the three arms of state; Executive, Legislature and Judiciary? Which
is the most unpopular? If Ugandans are tired of President Museveni and
NRM Government, why do they vote for him and other NRM parliamentary
and local government council candidates since 1996? l shall be one of
the panel of analysts on Radio Sapientia Mulongooti program, from
07.00 to 09.00 pm tonight. Stay tuned.
