{UAH} HOUSEMAIDS FOR SAUDI ARABIA (Ugx 900,000 per month)

Semuwemba,

Here you seem to be having competition as brokers in the slave trade and  human trafficking of Ugandan citizens to the muslim countries. Human misery  will never die a natural death as we had hoped. Human greed  and evil will also prevail without conscientious leadership. The Rwandan occupation and accompanying corrupt and feral misrule of Kayibanda Museveni and the poverty he has reduced the country to, has put paid to that.

Premier Recruitment Ltd is a recently incorporated Labour Export Company licensed for external recruitment committed to helping decrease the high level of Ugandan unemployment by providing opportunities for Ugandans here in Uganda and abroad.

With reports of mistreatment of Ugandan domestic workers who venture into the Middle East for work on the rise, a new labour export firm, Premier Recruitment Ltd has promised to change the face of the industry by following strict measures and putting in place safeguards.

Premier Recruitment, which is a subsidiary of the Ruparelia Group officially announced its entry into the labour export market last week and immediately listed vacancies for over 1000 maids and domestic workers in Saudi Arabia and Jordan for Ugandans willing to work abroad.

Rajiv Ruparelia the CEO of Ruparelia group noted that they had taken very strict measures to ensure that the agencies they will be working with do stick to their contracts to ensure safety of their employees and especially the maids and domestic workers who will be going to work abroad.

"As is with all the Ruparelia Group establishments, we want to assure all our potential recruits of total confidence in us,"Rajiv said.

"Ours is nothing but professionalism, ethics and remaining strict to the principles of the contracts for all the agencies linked to us,"the Ruparelia Group boss added.

"We shall not stop at sending our migrant workers abroad to work but we shall also ensure their safety and continued stay through the liaison offices we shall be putting up and running at the host export countries,"Rajiv said further..

He said they had already acquired a certificate from the Association of labour export companies (UAERA) as per the requirements for every licensed agency to operate in the field as part of our commitment to maintaining standards.

Kanak Shah, Premier Recruitment's general manager said they would be hiring maids aged between the ages of 21-38 years and that it would be on pure merit regardless of religion or tribal background.

"Uganda's large young population roughly stands at 75% under 30.With just under eight million youth aged 15-30, the country has one of the highest youth unemployment rates in sub-Saharan Africa,"Shah said.

External recruitment statistics indicate that over 120,000 Ugandans are currently employed abroad bringing in a total of $1.3 billion to the economy every year.
