The country home of Dr. Kizza Besigye in Rwakabengo, Rukungiri District has been surrounded by police.
The former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) Party President is currently under house arrest.
He was supposed to attend a thanksgiving and fundraising service in Rukungiri for victims who have tasted the wrath of the state during the 'struggle'.
*A positive mind is a courageous mind, without doubts and fears, using the experience and wisdom to give the best of him/herself.
We must dare invent the future!
