Why is a General, Mugisha Muntu not as rich as his colleagues?

How have they gotten that wealth? It is from their business and what
type of businesses or their salary saving?

Gen Salim Saleh is a know business man once forgiven for buying junk
helicopters etc.

Gen Museveni Kaguta is a cattle farmer where he earns considerably well.

What about others
