{UAH} What is NRM game plan?

Developing infrastructure- sure? Now let us analyse infrastructure. It
is true that NRM will have its way in whatever venture it wishes to
impose on Uganda.

Now I ask , How many such developments in and around Kampala, Mbarara,
Jinja, Gulu etc., have planned; Paved Access Roads, Sewer Networks,
Garbage collection points, Plan grounds, Community Centres, Radio/tv
and Landlines, community health care facilities, Kindergarten and
community schools etc, these are basic infrastructure Local
Governments have to mandatorily provide.

Middle class works with such jobs providing services here and there as
it is in civilised developed societies and it is a huge sector.

What is NRM game plan?!!
