{UAH} Umeme Should Compesate Ugandans for lost business

Uganda Manufacturers Association, Private Sector Foundation, Kampala
Traders Association and Uganda Law Society should seek compensation
from Umeme for undelivered services, losses of revenue and business
through their concomitant power outage

Since 2005 Umeme has failed to provide high capacity Transformers and
improve distribution network?! Most power outage are due to low
capacity Transformers and poor distribution network.

On new Year Day the city was plunged into darkness and Ugandans have
to thank Umeme for loss of business it is time to act.

Busega has not had power for the largest part of december 2018 as many
other parts of the country
