{UAH} a country far apart

Government has not created or supported the creation of enough jobs.

But there is also something deeper I am discovering - lack of education.

The question here is whether youth unemployment is a result of lack of
professional training (formal education), lack of it or no jobs at
all.

Is it true that there is a huge number ( i.e. 1/3) of senior
four-five-six leavers and university graduates in the informal sector
in all towns (vendors, small business, road side businesses,
Owino/Katwe artisans, fresh food sellers, taxi drivers, boda boda
riders)

Finding out the education level of more than 100'000 Ugandans in the
Middle East is critical for this country. It appears to me Uganda
migrants to USA, Canada and Europe are relatively educated.

There is also something more disturbing. With privatised education
what is the future of people growing up in a culture of low or no
education at all?

The above is based on three research projects done in the past two years:
i. Small business enterprise taxation
ii. Residents and Taxi drivers on Entebbe Express highway
iii. Work for Women in business enterprises (rural and Urban)
