There is massive internal migration within the country; Masaka to
Kampala, Busoga to Kampala (no/Low education) - Kampala to Mubende,
Busiro Luwero Buruli (highly educated) . Kigezi to Buganda, Teso to
other regions etc.
There is need to understand whether mass exodus of young and adult
people from Busoga , Kigezi, Teso regions is based on lack of jobs ,
education, both or other reasons!
There is a huge population cluster that is involved into security
organisation - is it due to low education, lack of jobs o just a
cultural pattern?
To say there are no jobs might be an over statement that requires
deeper scrutiny.
