{UAH} The heir only has a right to what is bequeathed to him by the deceased in the will

The heir only has a right to what is bequeathed to him by the deceased in the will.if there is no will then the estate is divided intestate. Otherwise all beneficiaries should share out as stipulated in the will of the deceased.

If the deceased died intestate its shared as follows,

1. customary heir =1%

2.widow/widower =15%

3. Children (legitimate/illegitimate/adopted)=75%

4. Dependant relative(s)=9%

Where a heir is a child, he takes his 1% and also his share as a child.

And where the deceased died testate, his property will be distributed by the executors as per his will.
