MUSEVENI'S MOBILISATION AGAINST RWANDA TACKLES FOREIGN DIPLOMATS
"Those who want to destabilize our country do not know our capacity. Once we mobilize, you can't survive."
Museveni - March 9, 2019.

The above was a direct response to Kagame's speech;
"When I hear somebody say no one can destabilize their country, I agree. No one should actually be destabilizing that country but that country should also not be destabilizing others; I think it is a fair deal".

Since then, Museveni has set on a moblisation marathon. He carried out a regional diplomatic tour, he is rising a force of conscripts dubbed LDUs, he has toured all the military camps promising soldiers heaven on earth, the defence budget has been revised with an increase some Two trillion shillings (UGX). He is carrying out a countrywide census of army veterans, he is on a countrywide mobilisation tour of the population under the guise of Wealth Creation and most recent the diplomatic community has been tackled.
Late last week, his Minister of Foreign Affairs met the foreign representation in Kampala whom he briefed on relations with Rwanda. Later he issued a statement;
"the government of Uganda has worked tirelessly behind the scenes to improve relations with Rwanda".

Next was his army chief who met the foreign Military Attaches whom he briefed on relations with Rwanda. It is reported that during the briefing, the Army chief clashed with Rwanda's military Attache over alleged falsehoods and distortions.
The mobilisation of the diplomatic community is a step towards the climax of Museveni's 'mobilisation' agenda against Rwanda. With no clear efforts to diffuse the diplomatic fallout, you need to watch the space.

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that  we are to stand by the president right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic  and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public."
