Someone kindly tell me your experience with Buganda Land board. I bough kibanja at Busaabala. I intended to start building in January this year but these guys are frustrating me. I paid there one million for registration mbu. Then time came for me get my plan from my respective municipality offices and these guys are telling to first get consent from Buganda Land board. When I went to Buganda Land board,they told me I should first pay 800,000= consent to develop fee. They again told me that the one million wasn't enough,that I need to top up 700,000 on it. Then at some point I was told that I have to pay 8M for everything including kyapa mungaro. Someone enlight me on these procedures be4 I lose my head
