{UAH} Uganda Seeks $927 Million to Support Refugee Population

Your mate the overgrown potbellied Oliver Twist of Rwanda, Kayibanda Museveni,  pulls out his begging bowl again, howling "Please Sir, I Want Some More". But when will the refugee industry be closed down? Why cant the humanitarian agencies, including the UN, keep the Sudanese refugees in safe safe zones in their own country.? This damaging refugee policy of allowing millions of desperate  people to cross borders into desperately poor communities will have long term deleterious  consequences not just for Uganda but for the Sudanese themselves. Here are  close to 3 million people who are being looked after like children, and whose dependence on charity for survival  is near total and will never be broken. So who will look after them long term, or when the refugee industry closes down or Oliver Twist dies?
