{UAH} Uganda SGR in limbo as China develops cold feet on project funding - Daily Monitor

How many projects do they run in Rwanda? Kagame will execute them!

The Chinese are not trustworthy either. I would say they are
disorganised thieves trying their hand on both capitalist and
imperialist tendencies, a game they hardly understand!

Chinese company are not private enterprises but state run companies
established in different regions of China. You find for example
Chinese Engineering, Railway or Road Construction Group A, B, C all
competing for the same project at different prices.

Have you seen how Ethiopia and Kenya field their athletes - four or
five in every genre!

The confusion is total and they bit you without trouble. I have talked
to some of these people and they told me how the state gives them
money via companies to establish themselves or a business on a
commission basis. They do not need capital so long as they can sell as
much as they can. That is how china has made billionaires!

They had been stealing millions of dollars on every project done in
Uganda not until Museveni himself discovered and blatantly told the
Chinese embassy about it, to stop bribing government officials. Then
they changed game by reporting Ugandans demanding bribes - they have
initiated - it was game over.

Museveni would have executed them in my opinion.

They had underestimated East African intelligence. Magufui was done
with them when they inflated the railway from East Coast to Rwanda. He
took the project away and gave it to Turkey at a fraction of what the
Chinese were proposing by stroke of a pen - they run away from
Tanzania!
