Here I am active in Local Council activities. The whole of last year
Kampala was awash with five thousand fake bank notes. It was hard to
detect. I was surprised that LC knew the persons the master minder
(suspect) of these activities.
Very rich guy but people feared this man - he was connected!
Africans are innovative in their ways. One weekend afternoon the guy
sent his agent as he used to do - one mobile phone dealer had laid a
strategy- they caught the agent beat him up and killed him.
Funny the man was just around in the area and run to site to defend
his emissary. Shortly security picked him from an empty three room
house he had rented cash down for a year in one posh neighborhood!
Your guess is as good as mine - who these people are same narcotics pushers!
