{UAH} In our Nature - Formal Law vis á vis Social Conventions
Why is it that in Africans Nature, there is a great tendency to be in
breach of Formal Laws?!
Yes I understand that there is a big gap between Social Conventions
(African traditional system of society self rules and regulation) and
pseudo religo-institutional Formal Laws.
Working both in government and private but also observations from
around the African continent and interaction with the educated, offers
an empirical evidence to the above.
Right?
