{UAH} In our Nature - Formal Law vis á vis Social Conventions

If I developed a Matrix of African Cultures (Ac) that will be equal
to; Poverty (p), Ignorance (i), Ethnicity (e), Tribe (t), Nepotism
(n), Altruism (a) and then tried to reduce each variable (with
negative factor) in the matrix will it result into functioning formal
institutions typical of Asian or European Cultural patterns without
reducing Africaniness or rather generate a hybrid functioning system
?!

I am thinking about this philosophically not mathematically of which I
have little grasp.
