{UAH} ISIS recruiting enough fighters in Somalia to offset losses from U.S. airstrikes

Kayibanda has been paid hundreds of millions of dollars as a gun for hire in Somalia for the sole purpose of defeating the Al Sabaab terror group.. But the muslim terrorisrts seem to have grown stronger. So what use is the gun for hire activity, if not just to fill the pockets of Kayibanda and his numerous criminal cohorts and franchises?
