Why would Anite think Rukutana would sack Twebaze?
Is it not that under the law that all government institutions should
be audited? What does the auditor general Muwanga saying?
NRM's mistake is over confidence – now just having head-on crush.
UTL earns more than 100 billion a month. If UTL works all other
prayers are out of the game including foreign TV station /service
providers. But the other angle to this is having to many people almost
relatives heading state institutions!
But there is something in there. Museveni now knows UTL can make money
and he wants that money.
It is too late for speculators!
