{UAH} End these murders

The gruesome killing on June 29 at Kakeeka Zone in Rubaga where two thugs killed a boda boda rider, is frightening. The footage on social media where I see a man who thought that he was dealing with usual passengers, ending up being strangled. This clip relating to the murder doing the rounds on social media reminds me of November 13, 2018, when a boda boda thug duped me. Such murderers are common across the country. But why?

It was at midnight when I took a boda boda from Kiwatule to Namayuba Bus Park to catch a YY Bus to Mbale. Before we approached Ntinda, the boda boda guy diverted to Canon Road after duping me that a trailer had blocked it. With much apprehension, I started shouting and frightened, he sped off.
